At Bundle of OZ, we carefully curate every gift box with love and attention to detail. Because many of our products are baby and personal-care items, we have specific return guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for complete boxes that are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item arrived damaged)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pacifiers
- Teethers
- Bath products
- Opened baby products
- Personalized/custom items
- Subscription boxes that have already shipped
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
Photos of the package and products may be required.
Subscription Box Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Once a subscription box has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong product was sent
- The order had a verified issue caused by Bundle of OZ
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
