At Bundle of OZ (BOO), we’re committed to delivering thoughtfully curated gift boxes safely and efficiently across Canada.
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within:
- 2–5 business days for standard orders
- 3–7 business days for subscription boxes during peak periods
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across:
- Canada
We may expand to additional countries in the future.
If you are located outside our shipping regions, please contact us before placing an order.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size
- Weight
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
Occasionally, we may offer:
- Free shipping promotions
- Flat-rate shipping
- Subscription shipping discounts
These promotions are subject to change without notice.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after shipment:
- Alberta: 1–4 business days
- Western Canada: 2–6 business days
- Eastern Canada: 4–10 business days
- Remote/rural areas: additional time may apply
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Subscription Box Shipping
Subscription boxes are shipped according to the subscription schedule selected at checkout.
Customers will receive shipping notifications once their monthly box has been dispatched.
Changes to shipping addresses for subscription orders must be submitted before the next billing or processing date.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
Bundle of OZ is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to customer entry errors
- Additional shipping fees required for reshipment
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
However, we will do our best to assist with:
- Missing packages
- Carrier investigations
- Shipping claims
Bundle of OZ is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Porch theft after confirmed delivery

8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the package and products
We may offer:
- Replacement items
- Store credit
- Partial or full refunds depending on the situation
9. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays, launches, and promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
We recommend ordering early for:
- Baby showers
- Holidays
- Welcome-home gifts
- Special occasions
