  • Certain items may be substituted with products of equal or greater value due to supplier availability
  • Prices and availability may change without notice

3. Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing date
  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan
  • You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us

Once a subscription box has been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All payment information provided is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • BOO may cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Bundle of OZ is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers after dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Please review our policy before purchasing.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items are non-returnable.

Adult supervision is required when using baby products, toys, teethers, pacifiers, and accessories included in our boxes.

Discontinue use immediately if any item becomes damaged or worn.
